HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

This was Brayden's THIRD halloween, but this was only his first time trick-or-treating! His first Halloween he was only 12 days old and last year I had morning sickness (all day sickness). We went trick-or-treating with about 5 families from the neighborhood...it was so much fun! Brayden only said "trick-or-treat" once, but he did say "tank you" every time. Such a sweet boy!

I was not very creative with Brayden's costume...he was a monkey! Even though it wasn't a creative costume, everyone thought he was too cute!
Sienna's
"waving" for the camera! Sienna was an Angel for Halloween. Well, at least for a few minutes...
Before we left the house we put her in her super cute OSU outfit that was much warmer for our trip outside.
Brayden asked to hold Sienna for the first time tonight...it was so sweet!

TONS of Random Pictures of Brayden & Sienna!

I take lots of random pictures every day and haven't found the time to post them...so, here they ALL are! ;)

The other day Sienna decided that she no longer needed my help with the bottle!

Of course, she needed a little help from mommy when the bottle was full!
Brayden tries to imitate everything that Sienna does. Sienna scooted, rolled and who knows what else right out of her play gym and onto the carpet. The next thing we knew, Brayden was on the floor mimicking Sienna!

Brayden got a Sit 'N Spin for his birthday. He's getting pretty good at spinning all by himself. Of course, his favorite things to do are to stand on it (which he falls down every time) and to sit on the yellow handle like a bar stool!

Brayden being silly! This picture reminds me of all the funny faces he made for the camera when he was "younger". ;) Here are some pictures from his old blogspot when he was 13 months old: Brayden
Chris & I bought Brayden a Black & Decker Tool Bench for his birthday. He absolutely loves playing with all of the power tools! Grandpa Macnab will have to show Brayden how to use real tools when he gets older...much older!
Brayden has fun cutting wood with his saw!

Brayden loves to jump on the furniture. Normally we don't let him do this, but sometimes he is just too entertaining to stop him!
We decided it was time to introduce Sienna to Brayden's old Jumperoo! After only 24 hours Sienna is pretty close to jumping on her own. Until then, Brayden is always there to help her jump!
Before we took our trip to Bend, we decided to test out the travel tent that we bought for Sienna to sleep in. Brayden had a great time playing with his toys in the tent...he was in there all night! Unfortunately Sienna didn't like it quite as much...she started screaming as soon as we put her in it.

Brayden stacked all of his cubes while I was feeding Sienna. I was so impressed that he knew to center the cubes on top of each other when they started to wobble. I think he's going to be smarter than me in a few months...if he isn't already!

Brayden loves to give and get kisses! He even likes to give the cats kisses. However, the cats aren't quite sure about Brayden's kisses...they usually take off running before his lips make contact. This time Stella was pretty brave and stayed on my lap!

Pump It Up!

I can't believe it has taken me so long to post Brayden's birthday pictures! We all had a great time at Pump It Up. Even the grandparents had a great time jumping, bouncing, and climbing with Brayden!

After 1.5 hours of jumping, Brayden was still not ready to stop. Once we went into the "Party Room", he kept trying to open the door to go back into the inflatable room!

Daddy, Grandma Boley, and I all had fun helping Brayden climb through the obstacle course.

Grandma and Grandpa Macnab had lots of fun jumping and bouncing with Brayden!

Here we all are after 1.5 hours of jumping!

In the party room, Brayden got to sit in the BIG birthday chair!

Brayden actually spent quite a bit of time checking out the drinking fountain...again (he also played with the drinking fountain at the last birthday party we went to at Pump It Up). He had so much fun "playing" in the drinking fountain that Grandma Boley had to give him one of his birthday presents early...a shirt! His other shirt was completely soaked with water!
Brayden did a great job of blowing out his candle! Ok, maybe he had a little help from Daddy!
Brayden might have needed help with the candle, but he certainly didn't need any help eating his cake...he ate the WHOLE piece all by himself...with a BIG fork!
After we left Pump It Up, we had our families over for presents and dinner.

Happy 2nd Birthday, Brayden!!!

Brayden turned TWO on Friday!!! We had a birthday party at playgroup on Friday morning and then both sets of grandparents stopped by. On Saturday we had a fun party at Pump It Up with his friends. I'll post party pictures later. :)

Today we took both kids in for their shots...ouch! I couldn't believe how great Brayden did. I wish Sienna had been such a trooper! Luckily they both seem fine now. WHEW!

Brayden's 2 Year measurements:

Happy 4 Month Birthday, Sienna!

Sienna had her 4 month doctor's appointment yesterday. She didn't get her shots because she has a virus and the doctor wanted to wait. Now Sienna and Brayden will get their shots at Brayden's 2 year appt next Monday! YIKES! Anyone want to babysit that day???? ;)

Sienna is still so happy...always smiling and giggling. She is also starting to play with her toys a lot. She will probably get her first tooth soon because she is chewing on everything in sight!

Sienna is still growing like crazy:
Weight: 14 lbs 12.7 oz (75th %)
Height: 25 1/4" (85th %)
Head: 41.7 cm (75th %)

For comparison, here are her 2 month measurements:
Weight: 11 lbs 13 oz (75th %)
Height: 23" (75th %)
Head: 39.4 cm (50th %)

Sienna's 1st Trip to Bend!

We took the kids to see Grandma & Grandpa Macnab...it was Sienna's first overnight trip! It turns out that Sienna had a virus and was not happy to be away from home. She started screaming every time we tried to put her down. We weren't sure what exactly was wrong with her (she didn't appear sick at the time) so we took her to the Bend Memorial Clinic. Her ears, throat, and lungs were all clear so there was nothing they could do for her. Luckily she started to feel more at home because she stopped screaming the day after we arrived. Whew!

Unfortunately, this is the only picture we have of Sienna on her first trip...whoops! Although, I think Grandma & Grandpa took some pictures of her.

Grandma bought Brayden a water color book.
He made 3 beautiful pictures that are hanging up in our kitchen. I think Brayden is going to be an artist. When we are at home he is always asking for his markers so he can "make pretty pictures".

We also took Brayden to a park. He had so much fun going down the slides!
Brayden enjoys anything that spins or turns!
He could even rock on the zebra all by himself...when did he grow up???

He also did a great job of going up the big steps!

Random Fun

Sienna is into touching everything...in fact, she rolls around so much trying to touch the things around her that it is hard to get her to hold still for a diaper change. She has mastered rolling onto her tummy but she hasn't figured out how to roll from her tummy to her back yet. I think we have to "rescue" her about 20 times a day!

Sienna is really into playing with toys. Brayden is even starting to let her have some toys to play with. ;) Every once in awhile he even runs over to give her the toy she dropped!

We decided it was time to break out Brayden's old Intellitainer. I think Brayden was just under 3 months when he started using it (he was a lot stronger than Sienna is). It was a lifesaver once he started crawling because I could plop him in it and he couldn't get into any trouble! Hopefully Sienna will like it just as much.

Sienna watches TV any chance she gets... apparently it is more entertaining than her toys.

Of course, Brayden wants to play with the Intellitainer, too...who cares if he can barely fit into the seat? It was actually the first thing he played with when he woke up this morning.
More pictures of Brayden, the ARTIST! I was very impressed with his coloring...
He even knew to color the actual pictures in the book!

Fun at the Pumpkin Patch!

Today was our 2nd Annual trip to Fir Point Farms. Grandma Boley came with us again this year to share in the fun. It was so cold and windy that we didn't really have that much fun. Well, I think Brayden had fun but the rest of us were pretty miserable! Poor Sienna was freezing and starving, but she was such a trooper!

Fun in the pumpkin patch!
Brayden found the perfect pumpkin to sit on.
Brayden fed his first goat! Of course, I couldn't wait for Brayden to wash his hands afterwards! EWWWW!

Brayden's favorite part of the farm was riding on his very first pony. He had the biggest grin on his face!

Sienna's 3 Month Pictures

Here they are...finally! We had these pictures taken almost a month ago and she has changed so much since then! I was really disappointed that she didn't smile for her pictures because she smiles so much at home. Hopefully she'll do better for her 6 month pictures.
